Inspired by the film Jurasic World, this simulator allows you to build and manage a Jurassic park from scratch.
In this challenge, students will have to create containment measures and make decisions on bioengineering research to increase the number of species in the park.
The simulator is an excuse to approach historical and natural science contents as well as to introduce students to palentology and the study of dinosaurs and the Earth's past.
As managers we will have to manage five islands, each with different climatic conditions and characteristics, which will require good management for the survival of the different species.
Between the playful and the educational, it is an extremely interesting proposal for the initiation in palentology and, especially, in dinosaurology.
Learning Object / Suggested activities with students
Reproduce the historical chronology of dinosaurs.
Create sections (tours) according to the type of dinosaurs (VELOCIRAPTOR, SAURISKIES, ALOSAURIUM, Bitterness, etc.)
To make different species coexist to analyze the prey-predatory effect.
