Educational Potential
The Sims 3 is a simulation videogame. It consists in recreating all the aspects of a family life: not only the appearance of the characters is chosen, but also their character traits and their attitudes. The video game addresses both the issues related to the creation and management of housing and those related to the world of work. The behavioral aspects are fundamental: according to the player's behavior, friendships or enmities are made; if you skip the work shift you will remain unemployed. The aim of the videogame is to make all the inhabitants of the family nucleus happy and satisfied.
